By now, our 2023 year-end recap report has hit your mailboxes (or you can review our Q4 2023 market report blog here!), and what it showed is that our market has finally re-regulated to more normal, pre-pandemic trends. Season was bustling, summer slowed down, and overall the market stayed hot, with prices staying high despite the subtle slowdown. I personally had one of the best quarters of my career in the last quarter of 2023 and I'm excited to share some of those sales with you below! 

In real estate, we frequently numerate our success in number of sales or in total sales, but those numbers don't do justice to the work we do together. Each sale or purchase is more than just a "transaction": it is a transition for a family, a new home for a couple, maybe a dream of homeownership finally realized, maybe an investment that is about to come to fruition. Over the years, I have had the privilege to walk many clients through their life's transitions time and time again, and I am so grateful for your trust.
