Meet Allison

Monica LeSuer is a licensed real estate agent in Sarasota, Florida, and associate-agent to Allison. An Ohio native, Monica holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing and has a hospitality background — she owned and operated a restaurant in her home state for over 10 years! Her philosophy for both fields is the same: the goal is always to deliver a memorable, top-notch experience for her clients from start to finish!

Monica holds her GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation, held by only 15% of Realtors in Sarasota/Manatee. The GRI program is akin to a mini-MBA, requiring over 100 classroom hours and 7 exams with in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, and the sales process, as well as adherence to the highest professional standards. 

Monica has worked in real estate full-time since 2020, when the pandemic brought her to Florida and changed the direction of her life. She understands firsthand the challenges of finding the perfect place to call home and facilitates that journey for her clients, ensuring they can make their move with the confidence of knowing they are landing in the best area for their specific wants and needs.

As Sarasota expands, Monica enjoys familiarizing herself with the area's evolving neighborhoods and their distinct amenities. She specializes in Lakewood Ranch and LWR Waterside, where her expertise lies in understanding their unique characteristics and offerings. Monica works beyond the borders of new construction too, and she brings the same knowledge to each and every home search, whether you are looking for a charming beach bungalow or an amenity-rich resort community — and of course everything in between!

When not helping new Sarasotans find their perfect new home, Monica enjoys checking out all things foodie! She loves visiting new restaurants and has quite the collection of local favorites, of which she is happy to share with you should you ask for a recommendation. ;-)
